I wish I had this tool when working as a physio in a Melbourne Chronic Pain Clinic!

Study: Dr Peta Stapleton examined the significant association between pain & psychological distress. She provided 4 hours group EFT to chronic pain sufferers and reviewed the results.

Pre- EFT intervention:

82% reported experiencing stigma from Health Care Professionals not believing the extent of their pain.

4% received pain relief through psychological treatment.

Post EFT intervention:

Pain down 12%

Impact of pain down 17.6%

Depression down 29.9%

Anxiety down 41.7%

Stress down 38.5%

6 month follow-up demonstrated the same results!
