Injured in Sport?

Writer's picture: The Tapping RoomThe Tapping Room

As a physio my specialty was pain, but did you know that the way your brain interprets, processes and reacts to pain makes up 80% of your pain experienced.

This explains why some people hardly react when injured while others with the same injury require a lot of intervention and rehabilitation.

This is where EFT comes in.  Your pain is very real,  but I can help change your "pain experience" and get you back to doing what you love quicker.

My clients use EFT with acute injuries too, even while playing. EFT helps them to stay focused and reduces the fear, anger and anxiety that comes with an injury when you least want it.
