My teenage son stood up to a bully.
For the past 3 years he has tolerated nasty remarks, but today my son decided that ignoring him just doesn't work.
My son told him how the bullying makes him feel... not easy for a teenage boy. Told this kid that he thinks he bullies because he's jealous and that enough is enough!!
Before EFT he would not have been capable of this calm & rational conversation.
Tapping has given my son the self-belief to speak up and the resilience to put up with it for 3 years.
I have since use EFT on numerous teenagers who are being bullied (often by friends). Tapping has given them the confidence to speak up, change their self-esteem and move on.
